I have ordered taro texmo pump TSP-3 on 19/may/2016.. paid with credit cArd . they promised me to deliver it in 5 days, after parsuing them they mailed me a wrong Fed ex track number on 24th may, to my shocking that shipment was delivered in Mumbai instead to me in Hyderabad. I contacted them on 31st may to complain and spock with Gentleman Ashutosh, to my surprised he mailed me another FedEx track number, I checked the track number then n there on line and called him back to ask why the shipment weight is mentioned as 8 kgs, because it's bit heavy pump, he said that could be a mistake n I shouldn't be worried about it. On first June evening the consignment reached me to my address in Hyderabad , to my shocking they have shipped me a Compton small air cooler which says MRP Rs.3999. For my order I have paid Rs.10750.
I have written to them immediately after the wrong consignment, awaiting their reply. Industrykart.com caused me immense pain and discomfort. I needed the pump at the earliest. I should have gone to the local taro texmo pum instead trusting this site.

I am waiting for early resolution to my order.
I request to Industrykart. Com to arrange reverse pickup your wrong consignment and courier my taro texmo pump immediately thru the fastest courier.
